We help organizations generate new ideas and solve problems.

Organizations have problems, and they need a way to solve them.

Organizations have challenges related to their products, their purpose, their business or the people that the serve. From every day operations to how they’ll make a difference, an organization faces challenges and opportunities that can impact their success.

Creativity and innovation are the currency of a competitive organization. Most Fortune 100 companies have adopted some form of creativity to help generate new ideas and to solve problems using critical thinking. Design Thinking has emerged as one of the leading processes that is making a noticeable difference.

The Idea Lab works with all types of organization: students, faculty, admins, alums – even businesses within our community. We help these organizations by teaching what we know through our programs and consulting. We work together, on campus, on-site and online, to help you get closer to your goals.
